Shipping policy

We pack and ship every order as if it were for our own kitchen.

Once an order is placed, address or order modifications may not be possible.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS. Free shipping applies only when explicitly mentioned in promotions.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, and delivered within 4-7 days, depending on the delivery location.
All delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimated and may vary due to factors such as logistics, weather conditions, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery date shown at the time of checkout is the most accurate estimate for your order and should be considered final for that purchase.
Deliveries to remote, rural, or special regions (including but not limited to North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, island territories, or courier-restricted areas) may require additional time beyond standard delivery estimates.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery or return shipping costs may be applicable.
Any applicable shipping fees, COD charges, or promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly communicated at checkout.

While we always do our best to deliver on time, certain situations beyond our control—such as natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or courier disruptions—may occasionally cause delays.
In the event of such delays, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
