Refund policy

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if you need help, feel free to reach out to us — our support team will always do its best to assist you.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery - we will arrange the return pick-up & replacement if the order is damaged or product is not in good condition
• In case of returns needed due to any other reason, we will charge INR 100 as a flat fee for return pick-ups
